Due to hygiene regulations we unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering or failure to read product descriptions.

We are not liable for orders that are not received due to entry of incorrect postal address or failure to collect parcel from the post office in time. 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

If your product arrives to you damaged please email us immediately at twentyeightjewellery@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and proof of purchase, within 48 hours of delivery, and we can discuss a solution to the problem.
